Position: Head of Marketing & Sales

Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Studies or IT

Experience: At least ten years in a senior marketing or sales position preferably in an IT professional services environment, strong leadership and consensus building skills, marketing management with a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program, must be a self-starter, polished presenter with excellent interpersonal skills, familiarity with ISO 9001 procedures is a plus.

Position: Oracle DBA

Education: At least a bachelor degree in Computer Science / Engineering. Graduates of other disciplines with OCP certification in DBA track may also apply

Qualifications:

At least 4 years development experience

Must have extensive experience in database application development using Oracle & Developers 2000 on UNIX and Windows platforms

Must have experience of working with Oracle Application Server

Must have sufficient knowledge & experience of advanced level Oracle database administration including Oracle Networking Kit, Advanced Replication & Distributed Options

Knowledge on integration of Oracle with other platforms like C++ /Visual C++ and experience of working in a heterogeneous database environment would be a plus

The individual must have sufficient knowledge and experience of advance level database development and administration including networking kit, advance replication and distribution options. Knowledge of commercial banking, accounting, relational databases and heterogeneous technology environment is a definite asset.

Position: Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities and Skills:
We are seeking energetic individuals with minimum 2+ years industry experience. The primary responsibilities are supporting our internally developed Oracle based major applications as well as industry standard infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for internally developed Oracle based enterprise level application software.
• Provide technical support for internal/external staff by telephone/email or on site visit.
• Install, maintain and support hardware and software.
• Setup and reconfigure PCs, printer and any other peripheral equipment.
• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year desktop support experience
• The individual will need to be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in both team and individual scenarios.
• Train and assist end users on various internally developed applications.
• Knowledge on accounting, inventory management etc.

Skills:
Proficient in Oracle SQL Basic, Oracle Developer, Database backup and Recovery, Windows 2000 Server & Professional versions, Windows NT Server/Workstation 4.0, Windows 95, Windows 98, Unix, Linux, and Microsoft Office Suite.
