Chittagong Stock Exchange Automated Trading System

CSE signed a contract in July 1997 with CMC Ltd. of India to automate their trading system. CMC chose Technohaven Co as their local partner and sub-contractor for implementing the system. It is the first automated securities trading system in the country. Technohaven successfully completed the automation project. CSE is the first Automated Online Trading Securities in Bangladesh which went online in June, 1998.

Work Responsibilities at CSE:

01) Administration & Maintenance of Systems (Operating Systems: HP-UX 11. Hardware: HP9000 K Class. Earlier Operating Sytems: HP-UX 10.10.1, Hardware: Stratus C400).

02) Administration & Maintenance of Database Server (Sybase Adaptive Server 11.5, Earlier it was Sybase SQL Server 11)

03) Administration & Maintenance of VECTOR (Both Front End and Backend). Front end are the vc++ and PowerBuilder Applications. Backend is Sybase Adaptive Server 11.5.

04) Routine check of the System.

05) Relevant upgradation jobs as an when required were also done by us.

06) Assist to Train up Members and their Representatives.
